We partnered with CommercialTribe to develop a platform that helps sales leaders benchmark how frontline managers execute within the operating cadence.
THE CHALLENGE
Most sales platforms track rep activity—not manager behavior. CommercialTribe set out to solve this. Sales leaders needed a way to understand how frontline managers were spending their time, how that mapped to the defined sales cadence, and what high-performing teams were doing differently.
