TASO (Texas Association of Sports Officials) oversees the training, certification, and management of sports officials across Texas. With over 16,000 active members, the platform plays a critical role in enabling officials to progress in their careers through structured learning and assessments.

OUR ROLE

THE 8800 partnered with TASO to reimagine the certification and training experience. We helped shift from a static, outdated web app to a highly engaging mobile-first platform designed for real-world, on-the-field use. Our product and engineering teams worked as an extension of TASO’s leadership, combining deep domain understanding with next-gen UX to create a future-ready certification system.

TASO’s existing web-based platform was difficult to use on the move, lacked engagement, and couldn’t support modern learning needs.
